terms of service
1. Communication is done through email during business hours Wednesday through Sunday. I work in Central Standard Time.2. I have the right to decline a commission if I am uncomfortable with the request or feel that my style would not be able to do it justice.3. I will take payment through PayPal (USD) upfront before starting the commission.
3.5. Bigger commissions over $300 can be paid half upfront and half after approved sketch.4. Depending on the complexity of your request, I may charge extra. I will of course inform you about the extra cost and you are free to back out if you no longer want to commit.5. You can ask for as many changes as you wish in the sketch phase within reason. When the art is finished, major changes will cost extra.6. Canceling a commission after the sketch has been sent will result in a 50% refund of the original price. If the finished piece has already been sent, a refund will not be given.7. I will send the finished piece to you within 3-4 weeks of the approved sketch, depending on the waitlist and current schedule. However, I will let you know ahead of time if I expect any delay.8. My commissions are for personal use only. Never claim my art as your own, and never use my art for training generative AI, making NFTs or cryptocurrency, or anything blockchain-related.9. When showing/using the commissioned piece, please credit me!
